Responsibilities include:

 

  • Application of the principles of ABA across all domains, including academic, communication, social and behavioral.
  • Provide individualized instruction to all students with a minimum per student and measures, graphs, and analyzes all students’ progress on all IEP objectives daily.
  • Analyze student progress on a daily or moment to moment basis.
  • Work closely with Behavior Intervention Specialists to design, phase, change, and note objectives for each student.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic, student-centered curriculum that fosters a love of dance and the arts while building empathy, creativity, and analytical skills.
