The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill a leave replacement position at William B. Ward Elementary School. We seek a fifth grade general education teacher to fill a leave of absence beginning September 1-November 25, 2026.  The successful candidate will perform the following:

 

• Candidates should possess knowledge in the Science of Reading, research based interventions, assessments, differentiation strategies and should have experience teaching grade 3, 4 or 5.
• Must be NYS Certified in Childhood Education (grades 1-6)

 

Job Qualifications

NYS Certification is required at time of application
