The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking a fifth grade general education teacher to fill a short term leave. Candidates should possess knowledge in the Science of Reading, researched based interventions, assessments, differentiation strategies, should have experience teaching grade 3, 4 or 5, and working with multilingual learners.

 

The successful candidate must have:

 

• New York State Certification in Childhood Education Grades 1-6
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching Data Driven Educator
• Well versed in research based teaching strategies
• Understands successful techniques for motivating

 

Job Qualifications

NYS Certification is required at time of application
